CITY OF SOUTH BURLINGTON
On the 27th day of July, 1992, the South Burlington Zoning Board
of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Green
Mountain Power, Kimball Avenue sub -station, Walter Hipp, agent
on the following facts and findings:
1) Applicant requesting to upgrade existing sub -station,
addition of a 161x30' control building.
2) Installation of high speed transformer serving greater South
Burlington area.
3) Appearance of sub -station will not change. No adverse impact
on general character of the area.
4) No impact on municipal facilities, i.e., no water or sewage
use, no traffic and school impact.
Based upon the above facts and findings the appellant is hereby
granted a conditional use.
