Please use proper judgment and caution when opening attachments, clicking links, or responding to this email. Hi Betsy, This has been such an interesting process, because it’s made us realize how little we know about the borders of this property! No, the shed will go more or less right below the number “188” in the PDF you sent. Definitely not in the purple/pink. There is quite a steep bank down to that creek so even if we wanted it that far from the house and driveway, we really couldn’t put it there. What IS the purple/pink? One site - GoogleMaps? - indicated that most of Brewer Parkway is an island surrounded by what they identified as an extension of Farrell Park. Is that correct? I looked into getting the land surveyed, but because of the very odd configuration the company said they’d have to basically set the boundaries for 7 or 8 properties, so the estimated cost was $9,000! That’s way outside of our budget. Is your office contacted when a survey occurs? One of our neighbors told me that they thought the previous owners, Gail + Bill Lang, had had it surveyed. I tried to contact Gail but haven’t heard back from her. Is there any chance I could get a copy of the PDF you sent with the purple/pink that showed the full property? And, if it’s possible, 64 LHD as well, since that’s our primary residence. If this is something I could come and pay for I’d be happy to do that. Many thanks! ---------- D. I don't have a good map of the property (I tried looking it up on your website, but all I can find are mortgage deeds and things like that), but the nearest boundary appears to be about 60' from the proposed site of the shed. That is the boundary of the creek/ravine that runs behind the property and seems to be the northern boundary (I apologize for not adding directions to my drawing). I've been thinking for awhile that we should get the property surveyed. Do you have any surveyor that you could recommend or that people seem to use most often? Many thanks! ---------- D. Otherwise, all looks great.
