1.ONE-WAY CIRCULATION WITHIN A PORTION OF THE PARKING LOT SERVING THE BUILDING AT 112 GARDEN STREET
SHALL BE TEMPORARY. SIGNS FOR ONE-WAY CIRCULATION SHALL BE REMOVED CONCURRENT WITH THE
OPENING OF THE GARDEN STREET CURBCUT FOR RESIDENT USE.
2.THE CONCRETE CURB MODIFICATION (REMOVAL) AT THE SOUTHERLY CORNER OF THE BUILDING AT 303 MARKET
STREET SHALL BE TEMPORARY. THE CONCRETE CURB SHALL BE RE-CONSTRUCTED TO MATCH THE APPROVED
RECORD PLAN FOR 303 MARKET STREET WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE OPENING OF THE GARDEN STREET CURBCUT
FOR THE RESIDENTS AT 112 GARDEN STREET.
3.CONTINUOUS PEDESTRIAN ACCESS SHALL BE PROVIDED ALONG GARDEN STREET BETWEEN MARKET STREET
AND THE BOX CULVERT LOCATED WEST OF THE BUILDING AT 112 GARDEN STREET, THE TEMPORARY PAVED PATH
ALONG THE NORTH SIDE OF BUILDING 7 SHALL BE REMOVED PRIOR TO INSTALLATION OF THE PERMANENT 10
