Yes, the current structure is 5' from the two property lines. We will have the edge of the new shed lining
up with this or even a foot or two further away from the property line.

cannot permit it to be any closer than 5’.
The permit fee is $43.00. There are various ways to make the payment. See this link for the options. If you
choose to pay online, pick Planning & Zoning as the payment type. Where it asks for a permit #, just put TBD.

and we are tearing down and replacing it as it is in disrepair.
