Please see attached “South Burlington Zoning Permit Application” for my proposed modification to my existing
deck.
I plan to enclose a portion of the deck, specifically the section that is currently under a roof.
Note, that I have received permission from the “South Pointe Home Owners Association” and from my (2) adjacent
neighbors.
In addition, I paid for the Permit online via Xpress-pay.
