Hi Mary,
I hope your well! Looking forward to our 9:00 meeting tomorrow. I hope I get all info needed correct, but if I am
missing something please let me know! Looking forward to the process and happy to have handled
administratively. Thank you and Marla for your help up to this point!
I have attach both the site plan application and zoning application, I can sign them while at meeting if ok!?
Also attaching current architectural drawings and site plan.
The list on pages 838-385, I believe most questions and requirements are in the documents. But to answer a few items
not addressed in the documents, here you go:
-owner of record is
Laurel Hill Apartments, LLC.
232 Mount Philo Rd.
Shelburne, VT 05482
-abutting neighbors are:
-Rozzi Shelburne Rd. LLC
-Handy Mountaha Trust
-Solai Vignesh M Padmini V
-New England Federal Credit Union
-Architect
G4 Design Studios
77 College St.
Burlington, VT 05401
-Engineer
Civil Engineering Associates
10 Mansfield View Lane
South Burlington, VT 05403
-No requirement for landscape architecture with change of use in building
2
-No landscape lighting plan required with change of use in building, as long as existing light stays in place
-compressors from mini split units can not go on the roof, structural engineer says to not have the weight capacity for
additional weight. Working with engineers now, plan is to have units hidden on the east side of the building (Laurel Hill
neighborhood side). Hoping all can go over there, but if run is to long for the units, some would have to go on the north
side west side of property and would be screened
-earthwork. Most of the earth is staying close to the same layout. So no huge removal of anything all, maybe
minimal. Top soil will have to be brought in, to new green space area’s created
Thank you! -Clint West
