Re: 205 Dorset Street/ University Mall Wastewater Allocation
Dear Doug,
This letter is to confirm that the property on which the above listed facility is located is presently connected to the city’s water and wastewater system.
Based on the information you have provided us, the current approved maximum wastewater and
water flow is 590 gallons per day (gpd). The proposed wastewater flow will be 160 gallons per
day, less than the approved wastewater flow. The proposed water flow will be 180 gallon per day. The City has the capacity to continue to serve the proposed replacement building at this site.
Please note that any proposed increases in flows, as determined by State regulations, will require
a permit for allocation from the City.
