Re: 1860 Williston Road Wastewater Allocation
Dear Tim,
This letter is to confirm that the property on which the above listed facility is located is presently
connected to the city’s water and wastewater system.
Based on the information you have provided us, the current approved maximum wastewater
usage is 1,100 gallons per day (gpd), and the current usage is 1,050 gpd. The proposed
wastewater flow will be 1,098 gallons per day, less than the approved wastewater flow. The City
has the capacity to continue to serve the proposed replacement building at this site.
Please note that any proposed increases in wastewater flows, as determined by State regulations,
will require a permit for allocation from the City.
