Re: 255 Crispin Drive wastewater supply
Dear Mr. Scott,
This letter is to confirm that the City of South Burlington anticipates continuing to have the
ability to provide wastewater treatment to the property at 255 Crispin Drive. As described in
the recently issued zoning permit (#ZP-19-274), the project acknowledged after-the-fact the
addition of a fifth bedroom and a fourth bathroom in the basement. As wastewater allocation is
set at 210 gallons per day for all housing units of two (2) or more bedrooms, and the property is
already connected to the City’s system, the proposed addition will not result in any additional
allocation.
