Re: Certificate of Occupancy Conditions of Approval – 154 Davinci Drive
Dear Mr. Klugo:
The following conditions must be rectified prior to issuance of a permanent certificate of occupancy.
1. DRB Site Plan amendment. You have submitted a site plan application to modify SD-21-28 in the
following ways.
• Remove trees required to be planted on north west side of building
• Install trees along Davinci Drive west of the building
• Reconfigure driveway to 355 Valley Road
The Board is scheduled to hear that application on January 17, 2024. If the Board approves your
requested amendment, you must comply with the conditions of that approval, including obtaining a
zoning permit and completion of the work described therein demonstrated by obtaining a certificate
of occupancy. If the Board denies, or approves in part, the requested amendments, you must
complete the work as shown on SD-21-28 as originally approved.
2. Complete work which is physically at conflict with the work approved in SP-22-055 / ZP-23-092
(Taxiway “G” and South Apron Expansion)
3. Complete installation of grading, stormwater treatment, landscaping, and all other approved features
which was unable to be completed due to unanticipated and necessary removal of hazardous soils.
4. Complete installation of required showers.
5. Correct stone berm in Bioretention Basin 2A to the satisfaction of the City Stormwater Division.
Plans that incorporate approved field changes include the following. Requested changes listed in #1 above are
not approved as field changes but are shown on the revised sheets. If the Board denies, or approves in part,
the requested amendments, you must revise the updated plans to remove the rejected changes.
