Re: O’Brien Eastview Planned Unit Development Final Plat Amendment
Good afternoon:
On January 20, 2023, the City of South Burlington issued Final Plat SD-22-10A (the “Permit”),
permitting the Eastview Planned Unit Development, as outlined in the Project plans and documents
submitted. At this time, O’Brien Eastview, LLC, the Project owner and Applicant, is filing to request a
slight change to the approved site plan to correct an error in Permit Exhibit 004, the Lot Matrix and to
allow for additional elevations on certain lots in the development. Specifically, this application seeks to
change the following with regard to Exhibit 004, the Lot Matrix:
1. Lot 37: The Lot Matrix submitted and approved with the Permit omitted Lot 37 in error, and
labeled the lot falling between Lot 36 and Lot 38, as Lot 35. This was clearly an error, but the
Applicant wishes to correct it. The updated lot matrix, attached, is corrected.
2. In addition to the above, this application also seeks to add available home plans in the area
around Daniel Drive and the Barn. Speifically, this application seeks to add to Lot 34-8 and 34-
10, the Trillium and Aster home plans. The application also seeks to add the Trillium and Aster
plans for Lot 37-1 to Lot 37-6. The purpose of this change is because we determined these
home plans would fit in this area on the lots created. They provide more variation in the street
scape, and also add a first-floor master bedroom layout to the plan mix for this area. The Aster
and Trillium plans were submitted with the Permit as Exhibit 025 and Exhibit 028, and remain
unchanged.
