Alteration of Existing Grade approval for continued placement of fill on site.
Contractor's Yard approval for continued use of property for the storage,recycling and disposal of materials
from ECI's construction projects, as well as storage of construction equipment.
Access approval for continued use of existing southern drive as a second point of access for the site for dump
trucks and light duty trucks onto Berard Drive.
The property is located in the Mixed Industrial & Commercial Zone off of Berard Drive. The
property was initially permitted in LD 99-01 as a 10-acre fill site and is currently being used
as a facility for storage, recycling and disposal of materials for ECI's construction projects
and storage of construction equipment.
