we are demoing the existing kitchen and moving to the olgakily room . We are replacing the existing master bath and
shower and installing new tile fans fixtures. We also extend the existing hardwood flooring throughout the main first
floor.
their is a failed glass and aluminum sunroom we will be removing .
No work on the second floor

In reviewing this Zoning Permit application for 41 Pheasant Way, our team noticed that item #1 on the
application form (Project Description) was not filled out. I believe I have an understanding of what the
proposed project includes, but we do have to ask you to either include that information on the attached
application form and email it back to us, or reply to this email with a sentence or two describing the
proposed project – we can then attach your email response to the application form so that we have a
record of what you’re proposing.
