To: Julie Danaher <julie@ridgelinerealestate.com> Hi Julie. Fencing is the responsibility of each home owner doing the permit with the City of South Burlington. If the city allows the fencing, then the VRHOA has no issues with it. If the city needs me to sign off any paper work for the project, I can do that and give permission for it. Let me know if you have any other questions or concerns. They are doing what they can ahead of time to get fencing (6 ft picket fence) in place for their dog. When they spoke to the town in preparation for a permit, they mentioned the hoa would need to give permission. When we read the bylaws, we didn't see anything specific on fencing and know there is fencing in the area at other homes. Have you experienced this before? Would you be able to get me anything in writing about the hoa allowing this fencing? Thank you! Warmly, Julie Danaher - Your decision making real estate coach.
