Stumps, wood, roots, sod, and other fibrous materials will not be used as fill. All embankments and fill
areas will consist of suitable material for backfilling retaining walls. Stone fill will be placed, wrapped in
geotex�le. ¾” base will be placed under all concrete and compacted in no more than 6” li�s. The
subgrade will be compacted before placing ¾” base material. No slopes will be greater than 2:1. No
slopes will be near a roadway.
