Appeal of Franklin Manning and Rick Poirier for 208
White Street, South Burlington, Vermont for additional
conditional use of the existing small appliance and electric
motor repair and upholstery business; to also do the repair
and replacement of sunroofs and convertible tops. This
additional business will not interfere with the neighborhoods'
appearance or character. All work will be done inside,
with no additional increase in traffic or parking. This
repair and replacement part of the business will be kept
very small as there are very few convertibles left.
