Dear Mr. Gillies:
Thank you for completing and forwarding your observations and requests for the
application package. We have inserted your comments below and have provided
status responses to each in support of being able to have this application be
deemed complete.
We need the plan set broken out into individual files. The Plan sheet have
been broken out individually and will be forwarded via email.
We need the figures for building lot coverage, total lot coverage, and total
impervious area created in square footage (currently provided only as
percentages) This additional information has been created and is
reported on the application.
Please confirm that there are no existing restrictions (covenants,
easements, etc.) on the subject parcel. That is correct.
The application forms were recently updated – the new forms can be found
at the following links, please complete and submit both forms. The new
forms have been completed with signatures and are attached.
Building heights and floor plans required as an application material for all
preliminary plats; please provide. The building height are identified on
the building elevation drawings and are narrated within the Site Plan
application form.

Location of existing septic systems and wells. None provided – our
assumption is that the existing house/barn must have been on septic/well;
if so, please provide that info. The house is served by municipal water
and sewer. This is shown on Sheet C2.1 – Proposed Site Utility Plan
as the light blue and light green existing utilities which will be utilized
by the proposed Lot 6A building. There are no services for the barn.
This completes our general summary of the supplemental materials for this
