Hm, odd that the link didn’t work for you, it’s not telling me it won’t work, and it appears to work for me. There isn’t
much to see, just a north-south line on the plan.
The ADU is exisƟng.

Hi Marla,
There was a bad link in the e-mail. The project will require a NFPA 13D sprinkler system for both occupancies as the
closest hydrant is more than 1000 feet away and can not supply enough water to provide adequate fire suppress (>500
gpm). The ADU will require permiƫng and inspecƟon.

The only person from whom I have received comments on this applicaƟon is Tom. I was expecƟng FD to have something
to say since this porƟon of Highland Ter is not served by municipal water. Can you confirm no comments? Publishing
tomorrow AM.

Please note since I sent the iniƟal email 8/15 the proposal has changed from a 3-lot subdivision to a 2-lot

Hi Team,
We have received a sketch plan applicaƟon to subdivide an exisƟng lot into three lots for the purpose of future
development. This property is located in the SEQ and will require transfer development rights. Though no development
is proposed at this Ɵme, the applicant will be required to demonstrate a viable development plan at a later stage of
review, therefore the most meaningful comments from you would be those pertaining to consideraƟons for future
development of the lots.
This staff report will be published on 8/30, so please provide your comments by Monday 8/28 for incorporaƟon into the
report.

Sketch plan applicaƟon #SD-23-035 of Eric Sample to subdivide an exisƟng 1.37 acre lot developed with a single family
home and detached accessory dwelling unit into three lots of 0.915 acres, 0.218 acres, and 0.218 acres for the purpose
of establishing the exisƟng single family home and accessory dwelling unit on Lot 1, and construcƟng a new single family
home on Lots 2 and 3, 25 Highland Ter.
