The project will require a NFPA 13D sprinkler system for both occupancies as the closest hydrant is more than 1000 feet away and can not supply enough water to provide adequate fire suppress (>500 gpm). The ADU will require permiƫng and inspecƟon. This property is located in the SEQ and will require transfer development rights. Though no development is proposed at this Ɵme, the applicant will be required to demonstrate a viable development plan at a later stage of review, therefore the most meaningful comments from you would be those pertaining to consideraƟons for future development of the lots. This staff report will be published on 8/30, so please provide your comments by Monday 8/28 for incorporaƟon into the report.
