Hi Missa,
We have reviewed your application for completeness. The following items need to be addressed in
order to be considered complete and eligible for scheduling.
1. This is not a variance application; it is a conditional use application. The word “variance” has a
specific definition under state statue and none of what you are proposing qualifies for a
variance. Please revise language throughout, including on application form.
2. Application form MUST be signed by property owner.
3. An abutter list must be provided. This includes direct abutters and those across the street. You
can get this information from a combination of our parcel data viewer (Map) and the grand list
property owner mailing address available on the tax assessors’ webpage.
4. There is no waiver needed for the ramp, though please do continue to include it on the plans as
it is helpful to understand the context of the site. See definition of “structure” which lists
“ramps for the disabled” as excluded from setback requirements.
5. The Conditional Use application fee can be paid online under “how do I” on our
website. Where it asks for the permit number, just put “NA.” It will charge the credit card
processing fee back to you. If you’d like to avoid that, you can drop off or mail a check.

Attached is the submission for 11 white place. I have attached the following individual files. I
did not see naming conventions on the application or in Appendix E. I can easily rename them
if this is not adequate. Please let me know if you have any questions or if I am
missing anything. Maryse and Ryan will be paying the application fee - can this be done
online?
