Re: Zoning Permit Request Site Plan Approval SP-22-043
Dear Betsy:
This zoning permit application is further to site plan approval SP-22-043. The site plan approval
provides for the removal of sidewalk along Two Brothers Drive in South Burlington, and replacement of
the sidewalk with a recreation path. We are hoping to start this work this coming spring, and would like
to secure the zoning permit now so we are prepared and can start on time.
As you will note in the approval, a bond of $20,080.00 was required. Attached please find a
letter from our lender at NEFCU, confirming that the LOC in place for Hillside has been increased
$20,080 since our last release, which you processed just a few weeks ago. Also attached is an updated
bonding tracker spreadsheet, providing a summary of the sureties in place for the project, inclusive of
this increase.
I believe that this should satisfy all of the requirements for the submission. We have submitted
an online payment $43.00 as required.
