The fence shall not be placed on any property lines and instead shall be placed wholly within the property boundaries. 2.) No part of the proposed fence shall exceed eight (8) feet in height. 3.) The proposed fence shall be erected so that its smooth or finished side faces the abutting properties and roadway. All fence posts shall be placed on the inside of the fence. 4.) The approval of this Zoning Permit #ZP-23-299 only approves the construction of the proposed fence (provided that it meets Conditions 1-3 above) and does not constitute approval of the ‘chicken coop’ and ‘chicken run space’ shown on the provided site plan. Section 6.E of the Chicken Ordinance states that “henhouses, enclosures, chicken tractors and fenced areas shall only be located in rear yards if a primary residence exists on the property”. The existing ‘chicken coop’ and ‘chicken run space’ are not located in the rear yard of this property and are therefore impermissible. 1 Betsy Brown From:E Smilewalk <entwalker@gmail.com> Sent:Wednesday, August 2, 2023 1:48 PM To:Betsy Brown Subject:'EXTERNAL'Re: Fence at 4 moss Glen ln This message has originated from an External Source. The other option for materials with my labor is around $1500 for a metal fence with wood posts which I am leaning more towards.
