The unit was recently occupied by Two Men and a Truck and was approved for personal and business service. The new occupant will be Blazing Design. Blazing Design is currently the occupant of Unit #3, and will be expanding their retail business into Unit #4; they will not need any additional employees for the expansion. The new tenant is: • Blazing Design (1,307 sq ft Equipment Service & Repair, Including Retail) A review of the maximum number of vehicle trip ends allowed indicates that this change in tenant will not exceed the site’s vehicle trip budget that was set at 155 p.m. VTE’s. Since this tenant change does result in a change of use, a zoning permit is required. Please also note, that the new tenant will require a zoning permit for any fit up and a sign permit if they intend to install any signage.
