This planned unit development consists of consolida7ng three exis7ng lots for the purpose of construc7ng fourteen dwelling units in two-family homes on two private roads at 1170 & 1180 Dorset Street. This project may seem familiar to some; the DRB approved the preliminary plat (#SD-22-03) in May of 2022 and all departments would have been asked for comments at that 7me as well. Please provide comments to this applica7on by Friday, June 9. As a reminder, comments you provide are inserted directly into the staff report for the project, so please frame your response for public consump7on.
