Hi Besty, The contractor stated that the set back of the house is 30ft based on an ariel shot and permits filed by other neighbors. If you could confirm the number at your earliest convenience it would be appreciated. The fee for this permit is $100.15. This link outlines the different ways the payment can be made. If you choose the online option, pick Planning & Zoning as the payment type. Where it asks for a permit number, just put TBD. Also, I believe the distance from the property line to the deck is set back 29 feet though it might be 30 feet. Please let me know if you have any questions and what the next steps are. On the project cost line on the application submitted, it says $15. Is that $1500? $15,000? We also need to know the distance (in feet) from the edge of the deck to the front property line.
