INTERIOR:
Basement is currently unfinished,is roughly 38’wide and 26’deep.There is an existing wall
with doorway that runs under the main carrying beam splitting the basement in half (seen as a
top half and bottom half in picture below).The plan would be to finish the northern half into a
1BR unit by adding a bathroom,a bedroom and eat-in kitchen.Sketch plan below,square
