Good AŌernoon –
I have a contractor looking to start an addiƟon on July 10th, 2023. The addiƟon would be adding a 15’ long by 12’ wide
room to the back side of our house at 909 Dorset St and replacing a failing deck that isn’t safe to uƟlize. The red square
below shows a rough esƟmate of the dimensions, and the yellow square is where the exisƟng deck is and a new one will
be constructed. I have aƩached my applicaƟon, if there are any quesƟons, please let me know. I have added my
personal email to this email as I do not have access to send from it at work.

1. Current deck is 47’ by 12’ and will be replacing with the same dimensions
2. Setbacks – Distance to the back of the property line is approximately 132 feet.
I can pay online later today.

I need a couple more piece of informaƟon.
1. What are the dimensions of the deck that you will be replacing
2. Setbacks – we need to know the distance to the back property line from the edge of the new sunroom
The fee for this permit is $223.00. This link outlines the different ways the payment can be made. If you choose the
online opƟon, pick Planning & Zoning as the bill type. Where it asks for a permit #, just put TBD.
