Hi Marty/Betsy,
Thinking over the weekend about our meeƟng last week, it occurred to me, I don’t think I ever gave the construcƟon
detail of what the plan was for the foundaƟon. I can only imagine that will end up needed at some point. The difference
between a full basement and a slab will make a different impact on tax assessment. I just wanted to follow up and
clarify that the plan is to have a slab over a frost wall, there will be no crawl space etc… not sure if this helps, but
wanted to throw it out there. Please let me know if you have any quesƟons,
