Hi Marla‐
With the additional impervious area associated with the rec path and the central green and
the connector road, we have not found a way that we can remain prudently within the
originally approved impervious area allotment within the Meadowland Business Park
stormwater permit.
As such we will need to seek a continuance of three months to enable us to work through the
stormwater issues with the State.
In the meantime we have provided formal responses to the Staff report with supporting plan
updates.
Best Regards

Hi Dave, here’s the recommendation from the State on addresses:
1. What is labeled on the site plan as 34, I would call that 80 Mansfield View Ln
2. What is labeled on the site plan as 36, I would call that 82 Mansfield View Ln
Regarding feedback from SBRC/Tim McK, if you don’t have anything, I would advise that it’s not a big deal. Otherwise,
sounds good! I hope you don’t have to let this project be the allegorical cobbler’s son!

Hi Marla‐
Finally circling back on your request for additional information on this application.
We are in the process of pulling together the information and hope to have it squared away by
the 20th. If not, then we will likely need to ask for another continuance. Sorry….
Outlined is some preliminary responses. We will follow‐up in a more formal manner to the 20‐
03‐04 staff report.
Thanks!

Hi Dave,
The Board continued this application to June 2. Materials for that hearing should be submitted no later than May
20. Here’s a summary of what I had for outstanding topics:
1. Conditional use – the Board had intimated they wanted some feedback from adjoiners on proposed conditional
use. My feedback is if you’re unable to provide this, it wouldn’t be the first time the Board has had to make a
determination on conditional use without neighbor feedback.[Dave Marshall] We are working with Tim
McKenzie at South Burlington Realty on providing supporting narrative on this waiver request.
2. Water/wastewater preliminary allocation[Dave Marshall] . We have staff preparing an update to the original
request and preliminary issuance supplied by the City.
3. Fire truck turning movement plan using 1990 version of WB 40 (attached)[Dave Marshall] We will provide this
plan to you shortly under separate cover.
4. Storm comments other than the one pertaining to work on adjacent lot[Dave Marshall] . We will have formal
responses on this ‘
5. Tree planting details[Dave Marshall] . We will have WHLA prepare a typical detail sheet for you and Craig to
review.
[Dave Marshall] Hi Marla‐
I believe that you shared the 911 address numbers for the two proposed buildings but they are at the office. Can you
advise on what you found on this? Thx
Let me know if you have questions!

Hi Marla‐
I agree that it would be prudent to continue this application further down the line in order to address those specific
issues that remain open for the application. With everything going on I think we would need to have a minimum of a
one‐month continuance. Please let this serve as our formal request for such a continuance and we will forward on to
you the continuance fee shortly.
Thank you

Hi Dave,
I went through my notes from March 4, and the Board asked you to address a few things prior to the next hearing. I
don’t believe I’ve received any new materials from you since March 4. Noticing has obviously been addressed, but there
were outstanding items related to conditional use, w/ww allocation, fire truck movement, stormwater and landscaping
as well. With the understanding that folks are not working at full capacity, would you like request continuation to get
these issues addressed? New materials are due two weeks before a hearing, and with only a couple days before packet
launch, at this time we do not have the capacity to make an exception.
