Just in case, here are two comments that I’d like included:  The applicant is informed, and understands, that this pump staƟon and force main will remain privately owned. The city will not take responsibility for a force main that runs under the interstate.  The applicant must coordinate with CWD and the City of South Burlington to design a connecƟon to the path on Spear street that meets ADA standards and reasonably accommodates the CWD transmission main in this locaƟon. We’ve agreed to a slightly extended Ɵmeline in order to aggregate comments and provide the applicant the opportunity to revise the plans to address straighƞorward issues before the DRB hearing. Accordingly, please provide comments by Monday May 1. This is the final plat applicaƟon; you have already seen this twice and this review should be largely focused on whether they’ve addressed all previously-provided comments. The applicant has provided as part of their applicaƟon package a narraƟve which addresses each comment from preliminary plat. Just a reminder, comments you provide are inserted directly into the staff report for the project, so please frame your response for public consumpƟon.
