HomeMy WebLinkAboutSD-23-07 - Supplemental - 0600 Spear Street (42)1 Marla Keene From:Erica Quallen Sent:Monday, May 8, 2023 12:23 PM To:Marla Keene Cc:Tom DiPietro Subject:RE: SD-23-07 600 Spear St - technical review Hi Marla – My comments are as follows:  Anywhere a path or sidewalk ends at a curb and goes into a street or parking lot, there needs to be a detectable warning surface. These are missing at: o The path crossing the north-south “New City Street” o The northern terminus of the sidewalk on the east side of the north-south street (I can’t tell if there is a Ɵp down here so if there isn’t, the detectable warning surface isn’t needed)  The path on the north side of the east-west “New City Street” should be shown as conƟnuing through the driveway.  It’s not clear what the proposed condiƟon is but there should be Ɵp downs and detectable warning surfaces near the hatched areas next to handicap accessible parking spaces.
