The property is currently developed with a residential duplex served by municipal water and on-site wastewater. The existing residential duplex consists of a 5- bedroom home and 1-bedroom apartment which will remain. There is a +/- 7,000 sf metal building on the property which is connected to the existing on-site wastewater system and the municipal water system. This project proposes a total of 32 new residential 2-bedroom units and up to 10 employees within the existing metal structure. A new gravity sewer system is proposed to collect and convey wastewater from the project to a new private pump station on site. The pump station is proposed to convey wastewater through a new forcemain under the interstate to a new gravity sewer connection to the existing sewer main in Oakwood Drive.A flow summary and overview plan are included with this application for reference.
