RE: Wastewater Allocation Request – 600 Spear Street
Dear Tom:
TCE, Inc is submitting the enclosed wastewater allocation application on behalf of the
owner and applicant, 600 Spear FJT, LLC & 600 Spear EBT, LLC for a new municipal
wastewater connection to serve a proposed residential planned unit development at
600 Spear Street. The property is currently developed with a residential duplex served by
municipal water and on-site wastewater. The existing residential duplex consists of a 5-
bedroom home and 1-bedroom apartment which will remain. There is a +/- 7,000 sf
metal building on the property which is connected to the existing on-site wastewater
system and the municipal water system. This project proposes a total of 32 new
residential 2-bedroom units and up to 10 employees within the existing metal structure.
A new gravity sewer system is proposed to collect and convey wastewater from the
project to a new private pump station on site. The pump station is proposed to convey
wastewater through a new forcemain under the interstate to a new gravity sewer
connection to the existing sewer main in Oakwood Drive.A flow summary and
overview plan are included with this application for reference. The total wastewater
daily flow requested is 7,728 GPD. Should you need additional information, please let
me know.
Very truly yours,
