This includes (32) new dwelling units in (8) new 4-plex buildings, each with a private entrance, patio or porch and shared backyard living space. A new city street is proposed along the southern property line, turning in the parcel and continuing to the northern lot line. A new connection to the bike path is proposed. The remainder of the property is field. A new residential development and city street is proposed. An open space for the project is centrally located in the development. Multiple smaller parking areas have been located throughout the project area to access the various residential units. The existing commercial building will be retained. 4 N/A This project includes a proposed 50-foot Right-of-Way (ROW) for the new City street. Two locations on the parcel are proposed to have easement for the bike path where it does not fall withing the proposed Street ROW. The project received approval by City Council in 2020 and is subject to the 12/28/2020 Land Development Regulations. PLANS AND FEE Plat plans shall be submitted which show the information required by the City’s Land Development Regulations. All application materials listed in LDR Appendix E, with plans provided as individual sheets and named to include sheet number and latest revision date, must be submitted digitally. An application fee shall be paid to the City at the time of submitting the application in accordance with the City’s fee schedule. NOTE: NOTIFICATION of ADJOINING PROPERTY OWNERS: Notification of adjoining property owners, in accordance with 24 V.S.A. §4464(a) and Section 17.06(B) of the South Burlington Land Development Regulations, is the responsibility of the applicant. After deeming an application complete, the Administrative Officer will provide the applicant with a draft meeting agendas or public hearing notice and sample certificate of service. The sworn certificate of service shall be returned to the City prior to the start of any public hearing.
