This includes (32) new dwelling units in (8) new 4-plex buildings, each with a private entrance, patio or porch and shared backyard living space. A new city street is proposed along the southern property line, turning in the parcel and continuing to the northern lot line. A new connection to the bike path is proposed. The remainder of the property is undeveloped, however a solar development has been approved by the PUC on the eastern (interstate) side of the parcel. New residential development and city street is proposed. An open space for the project is centrally located in the development. Parking facilities are been distributed throughout the project area to access the various residential units. This project includes a proposed 50-ft (ROW) for the new city street. Two areas near the road are proposed to have easement for the bike path where it is outside of the ROW. The project received approval by City Council in 2020 and is subject to the 12/28/2020 Land Development Regulations. NOTE: NOTIFICATION of ADJOINING PROPERTY OWNERS: Notification of adjoining property owners, in accordance with 24 V.S.A. §4464(a) and Section 17.06(B) of the South Burlington Land Development Regulations, is the responsibility of the applicant.
