The Council applied two stipulations, one was subject to the hours of operation and the other was that your proposal conform to site plan review provisions. As of this date you have failed to conform to the site plan review stipulation. I am enclosing a copy of the site plan review section of the zoning regulations, having discussed scheduling with Mr. Pace he informs me that the next meeting is May 22, 1979. I suggest you contact him in order to confirm that date. The proposed use is consistent with standards 1 and 5 based on the evidence presented by the applicant. Stipulations: That this proposal conform to the site plan review provisions set - forth in the City's zoning regulations.
