When we remove the costs associated with the road stabilization, we get a project cost of $63,220.00. That works out to $63,220/(5/1000) = $316.10. $316.10 + $13 = $329.10. I will pay that through the South Burlington website. Let me know if you have any questions. 2 Best, Marty Marty Gillies Development Review Planner City of South Burlington Planning & Zoning Department 180 Market Street, South Burlington, VT 05401 (802) 846-4106 www.sbvt.gov From: Lani Ravin <Lani.Ravin@uvm.edu> Sent: Friday, May 26, 2023 1:35 PM To: Marty Gillies <mgillies@southburlingtonvt.gov> Cc: Marla Keene <mkeene@southburlingtonvt.gov>; Betsy Brown <bbrown@southburlingtonvt.gov> Subject: Re: 'EXTERNAL'SP-23-012, UVM outdoor storage at 705 Spear Street Hi Marty, What is the zoning permit fee? Once signed by all appropriate parties, we attach that waiver to the approved Zoning Permit to explain why we are issuing a Zoning Permit while the Site Plan approval is still 3 in its appeal period. Once you submit that waiver form, the ZP application form & supporting documents, and the ZP fee, we can go ahead and issue the ZP even if the Site Plan appeal period is ongoing. Please use proper judgment and caution when opening attachments, clicking links, or responding to this email. Hi Marty, I know there’s not a lot of time left for the appeal period, but the University recently decided to fast track this project. Is there a way to waive the (admittedly small) remainder of the appeal period? I looked on line, and saw an appeal waiver form for a zoning permit, but not sure if that would work for the site plan approval.
