South Burling on Planning Commission approved ooxxik the
request of Frank. Margaret and Peppy Nuzzolo
for cif,- nlan -qnnrm7,g1 under Section 19.10
of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the
following findings:
1, TRAFFIC ACCESS - Access shall remain from the existing
driveway.
2. CIRCULATIO14 AND PARKING - Circulation is adequate. Seven
parking spaces are shown to meet the requirements.
3. LANDSCAPING 3 SCREENING - A $450 landscaping bond shall be
posted prior to permit. A landscaping plan shall be submitted
for approval prior ;to permit. The building permit shall be
obtained within 6 months.
