I’m not seeing one in Laserfiche. If not, has the consultant searched the State permit database for a previous allocation for this property? It is difficult to search by address on Williston Road (I tried and couldn’t find anything), but it may be under an old owner’s name? Assuming we have no info after investigating the above questions, then I’d say:  Yes, the pre-existing allocation would have needed to be 526 GPD.  I’d also agree that, per the Rule, a 300 GPD allocation is necessary for the proposed use. If we do not have record of any previous allocations for this property I’d propose that we authorize a 300 gpd allocation and that would serve as the allocation going forward. I’d also be interested to see a site plan.
