This is simply the creaƟon of three lots in conjuncƟon with the administraƟve site plan applicaƟon for development of those lots. We’ve asked them to provide the future City street informaƟon in the site plan applicaƟon, so this is just a subdivision of land. I have only included in this email reviewers who may have comments regarding property lines or easements. This is a sketch plan applicaƟon so the Board will review the project at least one more Ɵme as preliminary and final plat. Please provide comments by no later than Monday April 24. Just a reminder, comments you provide are inserted directly into the staff report for the project, so please frame your response for public consumpƟon. Project DescripƟon Sketch plan applicaƟon #SD-23-06 of The Snyder Braverman Development Company, LLC to subdivide an exisƟng 5.86 acre lot developed with a stormwater treatment pond into three lots of 3.71 acres (Lot N1), 1.79 acres (Lot N2), and 0.36 acres (Lot 3) for the purpose of developing three mixed use buildings containing a total of 213 residenƟal units and 27,000 sf non-residenƟal space on Lot N1 and a future City street on Lot N3, to be reviewed under separate administraƟve site plan applicaƟon, 225 Market Street, 267 Market Street, and 113 Garden Street.
