Hi Marla – Here are my comments on the plans:
Civil Sheet 1 - Overall Site Plan:
What is the sidewalk on the NW of Building A2 connecƟng to? If it is not connecƟng to a future sidewalk, path,
or trail, it is recommended that it ends at the driveway where it intersects with the 5’ sidewalk along the
driveway.

Civil Sheet 14 - Pavement Marking and Sign Plan:
Recommend a speed limit sign upon entry to Future Public Street
End parking space on Future Public Street (southwest-most space) should have right angle striping, not “T” at
the back of space. See image below.
Civil Sheet 10 - Street Profile Sitework and Storm Details:
Public street cross secƟon note 8 should specify that pavement markings be durable polyurea, not durable tape.

We have received an applicaƟon for the City Center lot west of Garden Street and east of the Poon property. Given that
we’ve met to discuss this project a couple Ɵmes, I have not asked for a meeƟng for them to walk us through the project
as proposed.
I plan to provide comments on this iniƟal submission to them on Friday April 28, so please provide your comments to me
before that date
Project descripƟon:
Site plan applicaƟon #SP-23-011 of The Snyder Braverman Development Company ,LLC to develop an exisƟng 5.86
acre lot developed with a stormwater treatment pond with three mixed use buildings containing a total of 213
residenƟal units and 27,000 sf non-residenƟal space and a future City street, 225 Market Street, 267 Market Street,
and 113 Garden Street.
