Proposed three lot subdivision creating Lot N1 (3.71 acres) for future site development, Lot N2 (1.79
acres) for an existing storm pond, and Lot N3 (0.36 acre) for a future street right of way. The future
street right of way is designated as a 'primary planned street' on the 'City Center Form Based Code -
Primary & Secondary Streets & Block Standard Applicability' map, and as a planned street on the
Official Map. The purpose of this subdivision is to create the planned street right of way as required
by LDR 8.04.B(2), and to create a separate lot around the existing storm pond. No development or
