DECISION AND FINDING OF FACT
On the 8th day of November 1993, the South Burlington Zoning
Board of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Andrew
& Patricia Rickard, 12 White Place based on the following facts
and findings:
1) The applicant is requesting permission to construct a two car
garage to the rear of an existing two family dwelling unit.
2) The setback of the structure (60 feet) presents the
construction of any structure in total compliance with the
dimensional requirements.
3) This property was developed over 100 years ago, proceeds
zoning by-laws.
4) General character of the area not affected, proposed garage
not visible to street.
Based upon the above facts and findings the appellant's request
for a variance is hereby grit
