Fair market value of building is $220,750.
Section 13.00, Non -conforming uses and structures allow for
alterations not to exceed 25% of the F.M.V.
Proposal is additions to both sides of the building
80' x 120' and 75' x 120' and to relocate the main lobby.
Estimated construction cost $350,000.

Gentlemen:
Submitted herewith is a site plan and building elevations
showing a proposed expansion of the tennis facilities at
Twin Oaks. This expansion is promoted by an increasing de-
mand for indoor tennis facilities, and our desire to im-
prove the quality and playability of our facilities.
The present building is to be expanded in an easterly and
westerly direction, at the same width and height and using
the same materials as the present building.
We hope to begin construction in June so that the courts
will be playable in early October.
