Hi Marla,
The Stormwater Section (City) has reviewed the “Logic Supply - Lot 7 Meadowland Business Park” sketch plan prepared
by Civil Engineering Associates (CEA), dated May, 2019 and most recently updated on 4/7/2022. We would like to provide
the following comments:
1. The proposed project is located in the Potash Brook watershed.
2. The project proposes to create greater than 1 acre of impervious area and disturb greater than 1 acre of land.
3. The cover letter provided with the application indicates that underground detention chambers are proposed for
stormwater treatment. While the applicant has considered Tier 1 stormwater treatment practices as infeasible,
the applicant is required to consider Tier 2 stormwater treatment practices, in accordance with the Vermont
Stormwater Management Manual.
4. The proposed 12” HDPE storm drain from CB#7 is shown connecting into an existing catch basin at elevation
339.9’. The applicant should make sure this pipe has adequate cover.
5. DHM#7 is missing a rim elevation.
6. Silt fence on Sheet C3.0 is called out with “turn-outs”. Applicant should confirm if “j-hook” is a better
terminology for what is proposed. The maximum drainage area for overland flow to a silt fence shall not exceed
¼ acre per 100 feet of fence.

Hi everyone,
This application will be reviewed by the Board at the June 7 DRB hearing. A similar sketch plan was presented to the
Board a few years ago but did not move forward. This is a site plan application so this will be the Board’s only review of
the project. I apologize for the late notice. Please provide comments by no later than Tuesday May 31.
Just a reminder, comments you provide are inserted directly into the staff report for the project, so please frame your
response for public consumption.
