David Boyden and his wife, Linda were some of the first in Vermont to grow winter -hardy grapes. Today, the Boydens produce and distribute more than a dozen wines, spirits, and a line of artisan hard ciders. Vermont Fresh Pasta 25 It's been 25 years since Tricia and Ken Jarecki founded Vermont Fresh Pasta, producing fresh pasta, ravioli, and sauces in the basement of their Killington restaurant, Powderhounds. In 2006, they moved the production facility to the former Black River Produce building in Proctorsville.
