This application includes units 222 Preserve Road and units 17, 27, 29, 47, 59, 67, 77 Wilson Lane. Building floor areas for each unit are identical with reconfigured floorplans based on entry points. We have calculated the application fee for buildings N & P to be $13,328.63 per building (see breakdown on following page). We have previously submitted Zoning Permits for the units at 222 Preserve Road & 17 Wilson Lane (ZP- 22-455) and 47 & 59 Wilson Lane (ZP-22-456). There is an increase in finish area (160 SF per unit) and unfinish basement area (80 SF per unit). There was also a mistake regarding the number of wastewater connections, which should be 1 per unit (previously 1 per building). There are no other changes that would impact fee calculation. We have calculated the application fee for building M & O to be $252.00 per building (see breakdown on following page). The total Zoning Permit Application fee for Lot 48N buildings M-P is $27,161.26.
