Dear Betsy,
Please find attached our application for revised Zoning Permits for the construction of 7 duplexes (14
unites) on Lot 11 of South Village Communities. This application includes units 16, 28, 30, 40, 42, 76, 78
Farm Way, units 13, 43, 45, 53, 55 North Jefferson Road, and units 137 & 177 Allen Road East. There are
no changes to the building floor areas associated with these units, only a change to the building
elevations to conform to the height requirements of Section 3.07 (and other applicable sections) of the
South Burlington LDRs.
We are making no changes to the designation of Affordable or Market Rate units, however, here is an
updated list which includes the previous Zoning Permit numbers for convenience (Zoning Permits being
revised by this application are in bold):

At the request of the City, we are providing
separate applications for each duplex unit.
Since these revisions are only alterations to
existing Zoning Permits the fees for each unit
will be $43 per application ($30 minimum +
$13 for recording). The total fee is calculated
to be $301.00 (7 x $43).
This units have issued Wastewater Allocations
and Wastewater Connections. There are no
changes to the connections or flow demands.
To the right is a key plan showing our internal
building naming scheme which is used in the
file naming system for our applications. Note
that there is no Building I.
