We are looking to do front lit illuminated channel letters (aka face lit). I have an example below that our signage vendor did in South Burlington just for reference. I believe this is permissible and our application would be correct by reflecting "internal illumination". Could you confirm that please? The distance they will project from the front of the building is 4 inches.
