We do not have record drawings. It was about this time last year that I spoke with the developer and reminded him that in order for the road to become public that we’d need record drawings to move that process forward. I’ve received no communication since then. I know some residents would like to have this process completed, but I don’t believe they have any authority over the road at this time. -Tom From: Marla Keene <mkeene@southburlingtonvt.gov> Sent: Monday, January 30, 2023 11:42 AM To: Tom DiPietro <tdipietro@southburlingtonvt.gov> Subject: RE: SD-23-02 1200 Dorset St sketch plan - technical review Actually, I take that back, I found an irrevocable offer in the same file (page 97). Can you confirm that today this road is NOT public? I recall you saying it was not, but there is a lot of documentation of infrastructure bonding in the file for the project. Would we require an infrastructure bond for a road that was intended to remain private? This is a subdivision of the parent lot from the Foulsham Hollow Road subdivision into two new lots. The sewer route is a little screwy out there, and I’m not sure if this project will require stormwater treatment. This is a sketch plan application so the Board (and you) will review again for final plat. Please provide comments by no later than Monday January 30. Just a reminder, comments you provide are inserted directly into the staff report for the project, so please frame your response for public consumption. Project Description Sketch plan application #SD-23-02 of Casey Douglass to subdivide an existing 1.29 acre lot developed with a single family home and barn, located within an existing 5.52 acre planned unit development, into two lots of 0.69 acres (Lot 6A) and 0.60 acres (Lot 6B) for the purpose of demolishing the existing single family home and barn and constructing a new single family dwelling on each lot, 1200 Dorset St. As promised, we’ve move to sharepoint!
