The force main configuration is unclear to me (where they arrive from and where they leave the property and connect to the publicly owned wastewater system). It is also unclear where existing gravity lines are located.  At this time, it is my understanding that all roads and utilities serving the Foulsham Hollow development are privately owned and will remain that way. Please confirm or provide information indicating differently.  I support the elimination of a curb cut on Dorset Street to serve this property. This is a subdivision of the parent lot from the Foulsham Hollow Road subdivision into two new lots. The sewer route is a little screwy out there, and I’m not sure if this project will require stormwater treatment. This is a sketch plan application so the Board (and you) will review again for final plat. Please provide comments by no later than Monday January 30. Just a reminder, comments you provide are inserted directly into the staff report for the project, so please frame your response for public consumption.
