No other features abut the property, and lots within the proposed subdivision numbered Sheet 2.0 shows Lots 6.1 and 6.2. Location of existing restrictions on land, such as easements and covenants. There are none on this property other than the easement for the recreation path. Landscape Features - Review Existing water courses & buffers There are none, wetlands & buffers There are none, base flood elevations if located in an area of special flood hazard it is not, wooded areas The south end of the property was planted out with trees., ledge outcrops Ledge is close to the surface in the mid-section of this lot, and other natural features. Existing and proposed open space Lot 6 was part of the original Heald subdivision from 2001. The stream/wetland and buffers on the East side of the subdivision were kept open. The project does propose to utilize a portion of a TDR to enable the proposed project density. Existing and proposed contours at a maximum vertical interval of two (2) feet. Sheet C2.0 Buildings Existing and proposed structures Sheet C1.0 shows the existing building to be removed and Sheet C2.0 shows the conceptual building locations.
